Commercial Valuer

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

• Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) qualification;
• Ideally at least 3-5 years’ valuation experience post CPV, however for the right candidate we would consider a recently qualified valuer with the appropriate drive;
• Strong understanding of valuation methodology;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong discounted cash flow and Microsoft Excel skills;
• Good knowledge of the property market within Greater Sydney and surrounding areas;
• Great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues; and
• Strong attention to detail.
