What this opportunity involves:
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Senior Lease Administrator to join our team! In this varied and busy role working with our highly regarded Government account, you’ll be responsible for securing leases on an international scale, working very closely with various key stakeholders!
A snapshot of the role:
- Management of tenancy schedule and critical dates highlighting expiries at 6 months (residential) and 12 months (office)
- Build on the existing working partnership with client property operations team
- Manage onboarding processes for new property/renewal of lease for existing property
- Prepare relevant spending proposals for client approval
- Liaise with various stakeholders in overseas in relation to leasing
- Analyse proposals from the client and provide recommendations to Property Operations

To be successful, you’ll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business! You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving and can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
Ideally, you will come from a background in residential leasing, looking to start your career within commercial property!
You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirements with the ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Australian Security Clearance.
