Licensed Valuer

We require a Licensed Valuer, who has, or is looking to gain a comprehensive knowledge in residential, commercial and industrial property valuations and to be exposed to our more complex valuation and consultancy assignments. You will work with industry leaders in a dynamic professional team environment. You will gain exposure and experience to an extensive range of property types for a variety of purposes including but not limited to feasibility analysis, compensation assessments and rental valuation assignments for our diverse client base.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role valuing a range of property types, or, have the aptitude to expand their property industry knowledge. A high degree of professionalism and initiative are further skills you will require for this role. The role will require the valuer to manage multiple tasks, whilst working to tight deadlines to achieve positive outcomes. Key strengths will include a personable nature and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with out team members and clients. You will need to be highly motivated and believe you can make a genuine contribution to our team.

Candidates must be a Licensed Valuer, an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API), have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail as well as strong organisation and time management skills.
