About us

ValueIt is a well-established, privately owned firm, undertaking quality valuations since 1997 for a diverse range of clients and across a variety of property types. Our office is currently centrally based in the Melbourne CBD.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Property Valuer (CPV) to undertake residential, commercial and industrial valuations (non-mortgage) mainly for family law purposes in the metropolitan area and rural fringe of Melbourne. For the right candidate we are willing to support your transition to undertaking family law valuations should this not be your current area of expertise.

We have a fully supported office administrative team who will assist you in your role and you will be rewarded for your work and respected for your efforts. Our team is currently working flexibly across both office and remote (home) locations. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity in the workplace.

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and abilities will be available to the successful applicant. You will have the opportunity to increase this by undertaking more valuations.

Role requirements

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status
• Membership of the Australian Property Institute
• Well-developed IT and computer skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to produce valuation reports of a high quality and within timeframes
