Working alongside our team of valuation specialists, in our Adelaide office, we offer you a professional, learning based environment where you will be supported prior to and post CPV registration. You will gain valuation exposure to a wide range of rural property types including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.

You will have direct access and be mentored by a national team of rural valuation experts, who will help you map out a clear career path, find your niche and build your expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quotations for valuations
• Map and maintain data for properties under supervision
• Update databases for valuation purposes
• Research and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence
• Contribute to the production of quality and timely valuation reports under supervision
• Assist and attend site inspections with a senior member of the team
• Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and peers and gain market and business knowledge and industry contacts
• Work with other product lines to complete valuation work for mutual clients
• Liaise with internal / external stakeholders to understand levels of activity
