Sovereign Valuations is a boutique property valuation firm providing commercial, residential and specialised valuations across Victoria and New South Wales. SV focusses on providing highly accurate advice for a variety of purposes including compulsory acquisition, litigation, family law and commercial finance purposes.

About the Role

Due to recent increased demand for our services a role has opened for a new Assistant Valuer to join our team. The position will be ‘hands on’ and you will shown all facets of valuation from data collection to site inspections and report writing. The opportunity is for an individual who has recently graduated from a relevant degree or is in their final year of study. In this Assistant Valuer position you will be working under mentors who have successfully mentored a number of graduates through to CPV valuer qualification. The team works out of an office in Kew and there is a hybrid working model in place.
