CPV or RPV Property Valuer

The Role:

Preston Rowe Paterson Newcastle and Central Coast, is seeking an RPV or CPV qualified Property Valuer to join our team based out of our Central Coast office in Terrigal. The opportunity will provide exposure to a range of low volume, high margin residential valuations for a variety of purposes.

CPV valuers can gain access to commercial valuation work if desired and we would encourage RPV valuers through their progression to CPV accreditation.

The successful candidates will receive a high level of administrative support and work closely with all members of the valuation team.

Previous experience

• RPV or CPV qualification required
• Sound understanding of valuation property principles and practices
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• High levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness

It is a condition of employment that staff are to have a current driver’s license, their own vehicle and a Police Check (which will be paid for by the business).
