Your overall objective will be to ensure all Council-managed property, buildings and facilities are of the highest possible standard and optimised for community use. Your influence and input will touch all project stages from planning, development and construction to maintenance and ongoing management. You will also be a key advisory resource for all property-related issues including market intelligence and analysis.

Tertiary qualified in a Property or Business-related discipline, your impressive senior-level track record of successfully managing and developing property has given you hands-on experience across all main touchpoints including leasing and licensing, property development, acquisition and the maintenance, renewal and replacement of built assets. Exceptional project management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills will help ensure you can make a positive impact from Day One.
