Due to growth, we are seeking a CPV accredited Valuer to join our team. As a Valuer, you’ll undertake a broad range of largely desktop rural valuations, maintain a deep understanding of the current property market and build relationships with banking colleagues to share relevant property market insights.

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market
• A passion for rural property and actively sharing local property knowledge
• Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
• Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic
• Capabilities and mindset to use a market-leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day
• Demonstrated a desire for ongoing improvement
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude
• Ability to work in a remote working position
