Are you looking for an exciting new commercial valuation opportunity and want to be part of a progressive and inclusive team environment?

Due to the ongoing expansion of our business, we currently have fantastic opportunities for experienced Commercial Certified Practising/Senior Valuers to join our team in both Sydney and Melbourne, where you will be undertaking commercial valuations across all asset types for mortgage security purposes.

For additional background, NAB Valuations is NAB’s own valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations solution, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. About you

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation (CPV)
• Commercial valuation experience
• A passion for property and actively share local property knowledge
• Strong written, verbal and virtual communication skills
• Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic
• Capabilities and mindset to use a market-leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day
• Demonstrated a desire for ongoing improvement
• Must have and continue to have a valid driver’s licence
