Valuation Partners is a national valuation firm with offices across Australia. Our panel of lenders continues to grow in both residential and commercial valuations, which has created new opportunities for a CPV Valuer to join our business in the following locations:

• Brisbane
• Newcastle
• Central Coast NSW
• Sydney
• Melbourne

Reporting to the director in each location, these varied roles involve providing residential and commercial valuations with the ability to assist with specialised assets.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assessing and understanding client valuation requirements before commencement of valuation assignments
• Undertaking valuation inspections and completing all necessary fieldwork and market analysis including, but not limited to,
  sales and leasing analysis
• Engaging key stakeholders throughout each valuation assignment and seeking to establish new relationships with our
  existing clients
• Preparing and completing valuation reports
• Assisting with larger valuation assignments and projects from time to time

Essential Criteria

The successful individual will have:

• CPV qualification (Near completion or recently completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent)
• Residential and Commercial Valuation experience
• API Membership, Certificate of Compliance and Risk Management Certificate
• Superior attention to detail in written documentation, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload and meet tight deadlines
• The ability to learn and understand new processes and systems quickly
• Be enthusiastic, resilient and driven, with a passion for delivering superior client experiences
• Current drivers’ licence
