Associate Director – Valuation Services

We are the largest Valuation firm in Papua New Guinea with offices in Port Moresby and Lae and practice throughout the country.

We have an energetic team of three PNG Registered CPV’s, twelve Graduate Cadets and Trainee Valuers, plus two experienced expatriate Proof Readers. Our ambition is to produce First World standard Valuers and Valuations in a Third World country.

To achieve this, we seek an experienced and suitably qualified Property Valuer who is capable with Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Mortgage Valuations, who can also provide leadership, client liaison, professional development, qualify and standards control, mentoring and overall management of our Property Valuation firm in Papua New Guinea.

Generous leave arrangements, accommodation, social club memberships, a vehicle and all other essential needs will be provided.

This is a great opportunity to see a very interesting country, obtain a senior management role, work with aspiring Valuers and pass on some of your accumulated knowledge. The initial employment term would be three years with an opportunity to extend.

The business owners are residents in PNG, and while they are available to assist the Associate Director and provide advice and direction wherever necessary, they will ensure he/her has a free hand.

Our firm and Managing Director has been an international member of Professionals Real Estate Group since 1990.
