Sovereign Valuations (SV) was established in 2021 after identifying a gap in the market for a truly boutique property valuation service.

This unique ‘hands on’ position will see you working alongside the director to undertake valuations within a niche end of the market for compulsory acquisition and litigation, as well as commercial mortgage and general valuations. The director has mentored cadets through to CPV qualification and will be investing heavily into the successful candidate to increase their capability. You will gain exposure to several property classes including commercial, residential and specialised assets such as service stations, medical centres and childcare centres.

The ideal candidate will fit the following criteria:

• Recently graduated or in your final year of study
• Strong analytical aptitude
• Good work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Highly ethical
