An opportunity exists to join our team to conduct residential valuations in the Shepparton area. You will have dedicated administration support and best in class technology to allow you to focus on providing your professional expertise in valuing properties. In this role, you will be a key member of the NSW/ACT team and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria:

• RPV or CPV qualification.
• Residential Valuation experience.
• API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure.Team player with a positive outlook.
