Property Valuer (CPV)

ValueIt is an established medium size, privately owned firm, undertaking quality valuations since 1997 for a diverse range of clients and across a variety of property types. Our office is currently centrally based in the Melbourne CBD.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Property Valuer (CPV) to undertake residential, commercial and industrial valuations (non-mortgage) mainly for family law purposes in the metropolitan area and rural fringe of Melbourne.

Skills and experience:

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
• Member of the Australian Property Institute
• Well-developed IT and computer skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to produce valuation reports to a high quality and within timeframes

For the right candidate we are willing to support your transition into undertaking family law valuations should this not be your current area of expertise.

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and abilities will be available to the successful applicant. You will have the opportunity to increase this by undertaking more valuations. We have a fully supported office administrative team who will greatly assist you in your role and you will be rewarded for your work and respected for your efforts. Our team is currently working flexibly across both office and remote (home) locations.
