Licensed Valuer

If working with experienced valuers on a broad range of property types and assignments in an exciting and rewarding team environment sounds appealing, then we want to hear from you.

We require a licensed valuer, who already has or would like to gain comprehensive knowledge in residential, commercial, and industrial valuations, and be exposed to our more complex valuation and consultancy assignments. You will work with industry leaders in a dynamic professional team environment with exposure to an extensive range of property types for a variety of purposes including but not limited to feasibility analysis, compensation assessments and rental valuation assignments for our diverse client base.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role valuing a range of property types. A high degree of professionalism and initiative are further skills you will require for this role, consistently achieving positive outcomes while constantly managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines. Key strengths will include your personable nature and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be highly motivated and believe you can make a genuine contribution to our team.

Candidates must be licensed/qualified Valuers, have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail as well as strong organisation and time management skills.
