About the Role

An opportunity exists in our Gold Coast Office for a Residential Property Valuer. Reporting to the Residential Directors and being part of the Residential Valuations Team, you will be responsible for valuing properties in the Gold Coast region, predominantly in the Southport to Hope Island area.

We offer a leading salary package (% of fees plus holiday pay) plus inspection booking service. Potential to write $300,000 with higher average fees than competitors, which equates to up to 30 jobs less per month for same billing and 2 hours less work per day.

You will be supported by a dedicated administrative team so you can focus on what you do best.

Key tasks of the role

• Conducting valuations and preparing high-quality detailed reports within stipulated timeframes.
• Assessing current market activity and analysing comparable sales data.
• Utilise mobile technology for field inspection.
• Building effective business relationships internally and externally.
• Adhere to quality reporting standards and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain client relations.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification or Residential Property Valuer (RPV) qualification.
• API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and efficient.
• Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure.
• Team player with a positive outlook.
• Exceptional customer service ethic.
