Assistant Valuer

We are seeking driven candidates to assist our commercial, residential (long form & prestige work) and residential development senior valuers in our Parramatta, Pyrmont and Wollongong Offices.

The successful applicant/s will have:

• Good communication skills;
• A fundamental understanding of property;
• Strong work ethic, and;
• The ability to work well both individually and in a team.

Tasks to be completed include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting valuers on inspections;
• Researching sales and lease information;
• Making enquiries with agents and clients;
• Report writing; and,
• Administrative tasks.

Applicants are to be nearing the end of their studies or to have completed an API accredited Tertiary qualification.
