Director – Agribusiness (Victoria /Tasmania)
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of rural valuers operating across South East South Australia.

An opportunity exists in our Vic/Tas team for a Director – Agribusiness. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of rural valuers operating across South East South Australia.
Key tasks of the role include:
- Building effective business relationships internally and externally.
- Providing leadership, mentoring and support training for trainee valuers through to senior and specialist valuers within the business.
- Conducting valuations and preparing high-quality detailed reports which may include specialised assets such as piggeries, poultry, forestry as well as renewable energy assets, land-based carbon and biodiversity offset assessments.
- Managing the revenue and expense budget for the Agribusiness Division.
- Working in conjunction with the National Director Agribusiness to support the delivery of national portfolios, improved systems, IT development and strategic planning to directly influence the agribusiness division.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain client relations.
- Support the agribusiness and QA team to achieve its overall business goals, within the agreed risk framework.
To be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Proven experience in completing a wide range of rural valuations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet client deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive outlook who enjoys running and building a team.
