Graduate Valuers, RPV & CPV commercial and residential role

• Seeking a Graduate Valuer/Residential Property Valuer/Certified Practicing Valuer

• Full-time work position available in Sydney due to the expansion of our business

NAB Property Services Group is NAB’s own valuation firm. We are accountable for delivering high-quality valuations with a particular focus on making it simple for our people and customers.

To be a successful Valuer at NAB, you’ll have;

• Residential Property Valuer accreditation or Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation or
• Graduates completed/undertaking property related tertiary studies and be eligible to register as, a Residential/Certified Practising Valuer
• A passion for property to actively share local property knowledge through presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Positive attitude and ability to working in a professional team dynamic
• Capabilities to use a market-leading valuation platform
• Demonstrated a desire for ongoing improvement
• A willingness to complete residential and commercial valuations
• The ability to work effectively from a car
• Must have and continue to have a valid driver’s licence
