We are on the hunt for a motivated and qualified Valuer to join our Brisbane Real Estate Advisory team. You will be involved in city-shaping projects for a diverse range of private and public sector clients.

The Opportunity:
We are on the hunt for a motivated and qualified Valuer to join our Brisbane Real Estate Advisory team. You will be involved in city-shaping projects for a diverse range of private and public sector clients. You will work alongside other team members, assisting in all facets related to Real Estate Advisory, connecting clients to a better outcome, every time.
The role will be supported by highly experienced Associate Directors, Directors, and a market-leading national Real Estate Advisory team.
You will:
- Provide support to team members in servicing client requirements.
- Undertake property inspections.
- Research and analyse investment and development transactions.
- Maintain sales and rental databases.
- Undertake financial analysis and cash flow modelling.
- Compile formal written advice and presentations.
About You:
- Current CPV qualifications highly recommended or
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience preferred and nearing professional qualifications
- Able to effectively prioritise and multi-task.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and through written communication.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret research data.
- A solid understanding of client service principles.
