Associate Director – Commercial

As part of the NSW/ACT team of approximately 240 employees, we are seeking a dedicated Associate Director or Senior Valuer ready for the next step. You will lead a small Commercial team in Sydney with the support of the Commercial Director. You will have a dedicated Graduate to assist you and you will be specifically responsible for:

• Conducting Commercial Valuations across all asset classes for major mortgage providers.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Developing client relationships with both mortgage and our non-mortgage clients.
• Contributing to the development of the division as a senior member of the team.

About you

You may be a Senior Valuer ready for a management role or you may already be in a similar role and ready to join a highly respected company with a real focus on people.

You will be CPV qualified, have significant commercial valuation, particularly mortgage experience. You will have well developed professional communication and relationship building skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
