Working within the Regional and Rural Team as a Valuer, you’ll undertake a broad range of mainly residential valuations utilising desktop, kerbside, virtual and full inspection methods.
Working within the Regional and Rural Team as a Valuer, you’ll undertake a broad range of mainly residential valuations utilising desktop, kerbside, virtual and full inspection methods. Additionally, you will build relationships with local banking colleagues to share relevant property market insights.

About the team and the role
NAB Valuations is NAB’s own in-house valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations process, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. You will be supported by a dedicated collaborative team to support your personal and business goals.
To be successful in this role you’ll have
- Completed (or close to completing), property related tertiary studies and be eligible to apply for, or already be, a Residential/Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute (API)
- A passion for property
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated positivity and ability in working in a team and individually
- Proven technology skills and adaptability
- Organisational skills
- Must have and continue to have a valid driver’s licence
