Property Graduate – Infrastructure and Advisory

The Role

An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for a talented Graduate looking to start a career in property with a key focus on advisory and infrastructure-related projects. Working alongside highly qualified and experienced property professionals, you will gain exposure to a variety of tasks including the collation of property data, project analysis, valuations, stakeholder engagement and negotiations.

Working predominately across Regional NSW, you will work with clients from both the corporate and government sector and will gain hands-on experience dealing with rural land and primary producers and clients who are development proponents.

The role offers fantastic career development with an opportunity to become a Certified Practicing Valuer and property data specialist with skills in (GIS) Geographic Information Systems.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and articulate individual looking to work full time (or part-time whilst completing your degree) with an interest in establishing a career with our business long term. The successful candidate will have completed or be in the final year of either the degrees below:

• Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent property degree
• A degree / major in Geographic Information Systems
• Bachelor of Agriculture or equivalent degree

Other key criteria:

• Genuine interest in property and regional infrastructure development
• Willingness to undertake further studies in property (if your undergraduate degree is in a different field)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive and professional manner
• High degree of computer proficiency
• Willingness to develop skills in property data analysis and GIS mapping systems
• A current Drivers License
