Commercial / Industrial Property Valuer (CPV) – Melbourne

We are an established national property valuation firm with strong values, a fantastic culture and we have a great opportunity available for a proactive and enthusiastic CPV Valuer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is suitable for a person with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, excellent time management, strong oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency in the use of computers.

You will need:

• CPV – (Commercial Valuer Accreditation)
• To be commercially driven with a commitment to excellence
• Passion for the client experience
• To be okay to work autonomously knowing there is a team to back you who are supportive and fun
• Experience valuing commercial and industrial properties (Preferred)
