API Qualified Senior Property Valuer – Commercial

We are seeking out experienced, API-qualified Senior Property Valuers to join our SA team. Your New Role

We are providing an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Valuer to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be given the responsibility to work autonomously and set your own work schedule.

Your job tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Undertake valuations across a range of property types with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Inspect property within (and sometimes outside) the Adelaide metro area
• Research and value property using standard templates (these will be provided for you)

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

• Have a minimum of 15-years-experience as a Certified Practising Valuer
• Be registered with the API
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office (exposure to Microsoft Word important)
• Be comfortable using G Suite (including Google Calendar)
