About the role

We currently have several opportunities within our residential department to provide both mortgage and non-mortgage valuations within the Brisbane and Logan areas.

The successful applicants will possess:

• API & CPV Certification;
• Experience in valuing residential assets;
• Self-motivation and be well organised;
• Understand strict timelines and excellent customer service;
• Use and embrace our mobile technology.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are efficient and enjoy a fast-paced role. Previous experience in a high paced residential valuation role will be a great benefit. You will need excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
