Assistant Property Valuer

Our boutique Valuation and Advisory firm is seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our growing team in Sydney’s CBD, focusing on quality work and client satisfaction.

This unique opportunity is suited to recent graduates or students completing their final year of study. The role will enable you to not only showcase your existing knowledge and skillset, but will enable you to refine your skills, receive one on one training and gain an understanding of our specialised niche market sector.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in a property related field.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodology.
• A passion for valuation and the property industry.
• Self-motivation to achieve optimum outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to various property types and localities.

Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

• Assisting Senior Valuers and Directors with property data collection, sales, rental, and market research.
• Assisting Senior Valuers and Directors with property inspections.
• Assist in undertaking Valuations for acquisition, asset reporting and mortgage purposes.
• File preparation.
• Drafting reports.
• General assistance/support (valuations and admin teams) as required.
• Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets.

Remuneration will depend on experience and skill.
