About the role

We are looking to recruit a Casual or Part-Time Compliance Assistant for either our Sydney (Head Office) or Brisbane offices to support our national business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing primarily commercial, industrial, healthcare, childcare and some residential property valuation reports to ensure their compliance with instructions, API and valuation industry standards and the Hymans Property Quality Assurance Process;
• Ensuring the Hymans Property Quality Assurance Process is met within stipulated time frames with adherence to reporting quality standards; and
• Providing feedback to the Property Valuation team members concerning the reviews as required.

This position would potentially be suitable for a retired or non-practising Valuer and/or someone with previous valuation report compliance/QA experience looking for job flexibility.

Experience in the Healthcare and/or Childcare valuation sectors would be an advantage. Current CPV status preferred though retired API membership is acceptable.

Skills and experience

A successful candidate would tick the following boxes:

• Previous commercial and/or specialist valuation experience, preferably in Healthcare and/or Childcare areas;
• Excellent written communication and report reviewing skills with previous long-form report reviewing/QA experience preferred; and
• Excellent time management skills and a desire to contribute to team success.
