Property Valuer (CPV)

ValueIt is an established medium size, privately owned firm, undertaking quality valuations since 1997 for a diverse range of clients and across a variety of property types. Our office is currently centrally based in the Melbourne CBD.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Property Valuer (CPV) to undertake valuations (non-mortgage) in the metropolitan area and rural fringe of Melbourne.

Skills and experience:

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
• Member of the Australian Property Institute
• Well-developed IT and computer skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to produce valuation reports of a high quality
