Property Valuer

I have a role that will allow you to grow your skillset and ideally suited to a CPV with commercial and/or going concern valuation experience or an RPV looking to obtain CPV status.

Workflows predominantly involve going concern valuations on pubs, motels and caravan parks across regional Victoria and valuing commercial, retail and industrial property in and around Ballarat. Other work involves rental determinations and rental submissions, family law valuation and asset reporting valuations. I also have residential workflows for both mortgage and non-mortgage purposes.

I will keep wage and bonus calculations simple and won’t be playing games with budgets and percentages like some of the larger national valuation firms.
