QA Manager – Residential

Be part of the growing HTW team and join the Residential QA team for NSW/ACT to undertake QA services for our experienced team of Residential Valuers.

Tasks include:

• Review reports to ensure our high quality is maintained and is in accordance with professional standards and client requirements
• Provide feedback to the valuers to support their skill development and have input into training programs.

You will need to:

• have a thorough technical understanding of Residential Property Valuations coming from either a valuation or property risk/compliance background
• excellent communication skills
• thrive on working with high volumes
• have a high level of QA standard
• enjoy contributing to the continued development of Valuers
