Senior Property Valuer

Join one of Australia’s most highly regarded & successful national Property Valuation firms. Valuations QLD is a branch within our nationwide property valuation brand, Valuations Australia. We are seeking out experienced, API-qualified Senior Property Valuers to join our Queensland team.

Your New Role

We are providing a contract-based opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join the team. As a contractor, you will be given the responsibility to work autonomously and set your own work schedule.

Your job tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Undertake valuations across a range of property types with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial properties
• Inspect property within (and sometimes outside) the Brisbane metro area
• Research and value property using standard templates (these will be provided for you)

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

• Have a minimum of 15-years-experience as a Certified Practising Valuer
• Be registered with the API
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office (exposure to Microsoft Word important)
• Be comfortable using G Suite (including Google Calendar)
