About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) to join the expanding commercial team to assist with increased volumes across our diverse client base. The role will have a focus on owner-occupied and investment assets in the core sectors of office, industrial, and retail. In addition, there are opportunities to assist on diversified consultancy projects. With strong administration support, national systems in place, and a true one-team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• 2 – 3 years experience in commercial valuations.
• Valuer qualification (CPV) QLD Valuers Registration and API membership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the property market in South East Queensland.
• A great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail.
