The Australian Property Institute (API) represents the interests of property professionals who undertake the full range of property valuations, plant and machinery valuers, property analysts and investment advisors, property fund and asset managers, property and facility managers, property lawyers, property researchers and academics.  

We are seeking to add to our team of skilled, member focussed professionals. 

  • National Manager – Education (part of the API National Leadership Team)
    This National Leadership Team position is responsible for the provision of innovative and contemporary professional development & education services (incl cpd), academic compliance and curriculum relating to the accreditation and certification of courses required by or offered by the API.  Experience in working with academic staff and other educational designers in the conceptualisation and realisation of a range of best practice models of teaching and learning for flexible delivery is also required. 
     
  • CPD Development Manager (12 month maternity contract role with potential to extend)
    This role (reporting to National Manager - Education) is to enhance the rigour, relevance and success of API Continuing Professional Development (CPD) nationally. The incumbent will respond to national CPD strategies and priorities by developing and delivering programs, engaging partners and stakeholders, and providing direct customer support.  Expertise, demonstrated skills and experience in the field of Learning and Development (or Human Resource Development) required.

Both of the above roles are full time positions with some interstate travel required and may be located in Sydney or Melbourne.   • Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager
    API is looking for an independent individual with experience in relationship management who can think outside of the box to join their team as the Corporate Partnerships Manager.  You will be responsible for the development and management of API’s corporate partnership program, including identification of relevant partners, creation of standard partnership packages and bespoke opportunities, negotiation of deals and partner relationship management.
