Important changes to our payment period
Please be aware that the former payment grace period will no longer apply.
Historically, API has provided a payment grace period to accommodate late payments for membership fees up until the end of February without penalty. This grace period no longer applies with no provision for late payments.
It is therefore critical that payment is received no later than the 11th of January to maintain membership continuity. After the 11th, memberships will be lapsed, resulting in a break in your membership. During the lapsed period, any valuations conducted will not be covered under our limited liability scheme.
This change will be communicated in a sequence of emails and SMSs to every member to ensure sufficient notice in which to pay membership fees for 2025.
