The API is focused on the future of the professional and is systematically reviewing its standards to meet the changing and future needs of its members.
The API has drafted a new guidance paper that is intended to provide guidance to API Members including Valuers who provide professional opinions and advice to their clients in relation to specialist disability accommodation. SDA dwellings are a relatively new subset of residential properties which are established under the NDIS.
The API is pleased to release this paper as an Exposure Draft for review and consultation. Members and stakeholders are encouraged to provide comments on the exposure draft using the webform below by no later than Friday 6 October 2023.
