An Economist by profession, Ron Bhimjiani qualified with an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Leicester, UK. He spent 5 years in the Investment Banking Industry in London before migrating to Perth in 2015 where he was Manager, Economics and Research at REIWA for three years. In July 2018, Ron joined JLL as Manager, Research where his chief function is to keep abreast of economic and property market conditions.
Miles has 25 years' experience in the Perth Commercial property industry.
A background in Commercial Valuations, including Director in charge of Colliers and Savills Valuation practices, provided a segway into Commercial agency. Over a twelve year period, Miles transacted many of Perth’s most prominent commercial, retail and development properties, giving him a solid understanding of the
Following two years as the National Office Transaction Manager for Charter Hall in Sydney, where he was involved in a number of major national acquisitions and disposals, Miles was appointed Regional Portfolio Manager – Office (WA) at Charter Hall in March 2017.
Miles strong relationships and strategic approach allows him to identify further opportunities for acquisitions in WA.
Miles also oversees the Perth Office team whom are responsible for the management of assets throughout the Perth CBD and City Fringe Areas.
City of Perth
Craig is the Perth City Architect and principal of Craig Smith Architect.
He advises on all new development proposals in the city as well design reviews on projects for the city and the state.
His private work ranges through commercial, transport, schools, industrial and housing to mining, master planning and urban design.
In practice since 1980, he also taught at UWA till the 1990s, where he established the Housing Research Information Centre.
Craig has represented the Australian Institute of Architects at national level, in public affairs, membership and education and on the Federal Government’s Development Assessment Forum.
“What If – Ideas for the City of Perth” won the PIA Federal Minister’s Award in 2011.
