Chris has extensive experience in all sectors of the commercial, industrial and retail real estate market.  Experience has been gained with various client requirements including valuation and consulting advice, sales and leasing, financial reporting, feasibility analysis, rent reviews, purchase and disposal advice.

In early 2006 Chris begun focusing on the provision of valuation, consulting and business broking services for the child care industry where he is now widely regarded as the leading Valuation expert in Western Australia.  He has extensive experience in the Valuation of Child Care Centres, including development sites, existing buildings (both vacant and leased) and in valuing existing child care businesses.

Chris has acted for a number of the major financiers including BankWest, CBA, ANZ, NAB and Westpac and was recently approached by the Bank of Queensland for inclusion on their Child Care panel.  Additionally Chris has been worked on behalf of a number of the major Western Australia child care operators including Great Beginnings, Mulberry Tree, Buggles, Huggy Bear and Kids Inn.
