The "Focus On" series takes a municipality of Western Australia and explores current knowledge on development, planning and property values in that area.

Presentations by Local Council, developers and experienced real estate professionals ensure that delegates will come away from the event with detailed knowledge of the region.

Evan Campbell

Evan Campbell 
Executive Director, Blackburne

Evan joined Blackburne as an Executive Director in April 2016. In his extensive property career, Evan has been involved in over 60 projects across Australia during his 21 years with Mirvac, and was the CEO of Mirvac in Western Australia from 2006 until 2013.

Evan brings over 25 years of apartment development experience to Blackburne in his capacity as an Advisory Board member and Executive Director, undertaking a number of high level special projects within Blackburne. He supports the Managing Director on both strategic and day-to-day operational issues.

Tom Nattrass

Tom Nattrass
Director, Sales & Investments, JLL

Tom has been a key director in the Sales & Investments division of JLL for over 10 years. His primary focus is the sale of commercial investments and development sites throughout the Perth metropolitan area. Tom has had direct involvement in the negotiation of some of Perth’s largest and most strategic development sites.

Tom has over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property industry where he commenced working as a Commercial Asset Manager assisting in the management of the property portfolio for the WA Department of Planning. Subsequently, for a period of 5 years, Tom took on a role in office leasing in the CBD and West Perth office markets.

Tom’s clients have included private investors, property syndicator's, banking institutions, State and Local Governments and Receiver & Managers.

He remains actively involved in the sale of a broad range of investment assets and development sites throughout Perth.

Luke Willcock

Luke Willcock
Manager Commercial Services and Economic Development, City of Subiaco

Luke has over 15 years’ experience in property development and asset management in commercial and public sector environments, including 9 years with LandCorp.  Luke has a good understanding of all facets of the property and asset lifecycle – from acquisition through to development, management, leasing, maintenance and disposal.

Luke joined the City of Subiaco in November 2016 and is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the city's Land and Property Assets, Commercial Carparks, Economic Development, Place Development and all other Commercial Activities.

Niki started out her working life as a psychologist with Mental Health Services after attaining a Bachelor of Psychology at UWA. (She now find this particularly useful when selling homes!)In 1978 she moved to South Africa for 6 years and got into a career in Public Relations within the hospitality industry, working for the Southern Sun group of hotels Holiday Inns and a very upmarket private Hotel named The Vineyard. In 1984 she returned to Perth and attained a position as Public Relations Manager of the Merlin Hotel (now The Hyatt) she then 2 years later opened her own version of The Hard Rock Café in Hay Street, Subiaco, which was a resounding success and used to still be humming until the kitchen closed at 3 am in the morning! She ran this until it was bought by Matilda Bay Brewing Company and renamed The Oriel.

In 1988 she started her career in Real Estate in Subiaco and then in 1997 opened The Property Exchange .  Twenty years later, “ TPE “as it is fondly known, is still going strong, and has to be one of the most fun places to work anywhere. The work hard, play hard mentality creates a great atmosphere and much humour along the way.  Niki lives in the same house in Claremont that she bought in 1985 with her partner John, but has been thoroughly renovated and extended since then.
