The Urban Discussion Group No. 1 largely comprises of members working in government valuations whom meet in an informal environment to share valuation experiences and information, and to promote the valuation profession.  The Discussion Group provides a critical point of interaction with the API to ensure key industry issues are being elevated from grassroots members, to Council to the Board and management.

Richard Temlett, Research and Product Strategy Manager at Development Victoria will be presenting to the discussion group on current trends & future opportunities in the Victorian residential housing market. Following Richards presentation UDG members are invited to join us in the Treasury Room at the Imperial Hotel, Bourke Street for end of year drinks and canapes.
