Andrew joined JLL in July 2007 and is the Head of Research – Australia. He is responsible for the production of thought leadership papers, the office market research portfolio and management of the Australian Research team.
Andrew works closely with the Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Leasing strategic business units at JLL. He prepares tailored investment papers to support major investment sales. He also provided strategic research support with the firm’s major leasing appointments at Barangaroo South and the Victoria Harbour precinct in Melbourne’s Docklands. 

Andrew is also involved with a number of universities and has guest lectured at University of Technology Sydney, the University of Melbourne and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). 

Michael WheatleyMichael Wheatley
Development Director of QQ, AMP

Michael Wheatley joined the AMP Capital Real Estate Development team in December 2015 as the Development Director for the redevelopment of the Quay Quarter Sydney precinct. He brings over 25 years of experience in the development of landmark office and urban regeneration projects.

Prior to joining AMP, Michael spent 21 years at Lendlease and was most recently was the Development Director for the International Towers, Sydney at Barangaroo. In this role he led the development team responsible $4 billion of development incorporating totaling 290,000m2 of office, retail and community facilities.

Tim WiseTim Wise
Senior Planner, City of Sydney Council

Tim Wise is the project lead for the Central Sydney Planning Strategy. With over 15 years of experience as an urban planner in both development assessment and strategic planning, Tim understands the crucial relationship between urban development and design, and brings a considered and practical approach to urbanism and city planning. Tim’s role at the City is to ensure that the Strategy positions Central Sydney to contribute to metropolitan Sydney being a globally competitive and innovative city that is recognised internationally for its social and cultural life, liveability and natural environment as outlined by the City’s Sustainable Sydney 2030 and the NSW Government’s A Plan for Growing Sydney.
