Queensland’s State of the Market Commercial Seminar provides an insight into the current state of play in the Brisbane Commercial property market.

The presenters will cover topics such as the current supply and demand of commercial office leasing in the CBD and fringe markets, current and future office space requirements and absorption, recent sales activity within the CBD and fringe office markets, current yields and buyer

Director, Real Estate Advisory, Urbis 

Fraser has more than 20 years’ experience in the property sector, with extensive experience throughout Australia. Fraser’s combination of skills in valuations of investments and developments along with his market knowledge is called upon to provide advice for major commercial projects and assets to both the private and public sectors. Fraser has valued most major office assets in Brisbane on multiple occasions. Fraser joined Urbis in mid-2016 as Director in their Real Estate Advisory team.

Carol Hodgson
Director of Strategic Research, JLL

Carol Hodgson is a Director of Strategic Research at JLL. She has fifteen years’ experience working in economic and real estate analysis. Carol has strong analytical experience having developed real estate investment strategies for large global investors.
