The State of the Market Industrial returns to Brisbane on Tuesday 25 July where industry experts will provide a pragmatic overview of  the current challenges and growth opportunities which exist across a range of markets. 

Through up to date and tactical analysis of deals and current trends, this event provides an insight into the current state of play in the Brisbane Industrial property market and will seek to provide further guidance as to how the rest of the year will unfold.

Anthony Simpson
Head of Valuations & Advisory, JLL

Anthony has been in the property industry for over 12 years in various valuation and property development roles.  Anthony joined JLL as Director in 2012 previously working at Colliers and is responsible for Industrial Valuations in Queensland, working closely with valuers from both the Brisbane and other national offices. Specifically, Anthony has experience in investment, development, leasehold, cold storage, specialised and port related industrial properties. In Anthony’s current role, he undertakes valuations and advisory work for a range of clients including institutional, bank, private and government clients.

Michael Callow
Queensland Industrial Director, Cushman & Wakefield

Director of Cushman & Wakefield's Brisbane Office, Michael is responsible for mentoring, training and supporting staff, as well as overseeing a diverse range of projects and negotiating successful transactions. Michael has developed a reputation as one of Brisbane's leading industrial agents, active in the Australian TradeCoast sector.  He is particularly focused on the suburbs surrounding the Brisbane Airport and his superior knowledge of this area ensures his clients are always well informed when making key property decisions. Michael's commitment to acting in his clients' best interest has gained him a high level of respect from his colleagues and clients.  He has a proven ability to deliver superior results to create financial success. Michael specialises in providing services in leasing, design and construct, investment sales, owner occupier sales and land sales.

Morgan Ruig
Associate Director, Cushman & Wakefield

Morgan joined the Cushman & Wakefield team after completing a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development at the University of Queensland. Morgan's passion for property is focused on the northern industrial and commercial market. Morgan is an integral member of the Brisbane team, channeling his energy and enthusiasm into maintaining strong relationships and exceeding the expectations of clients, gaining a dominant market share in his focus area.
