Fraser Bentley FAPI
Director, Real Estate Advisory, Urbis

Presentation: Commercial State of the Market
Fraser will present on the State of the Commercial Market covering both the investment markets and occupier markets. And in so doing he will also look at the supply pipeline and current tenant requirements. He will also bring a national context and compare Brisbane’s market to elsewhere.

Biography
Fraser is a Fellow member of the API and has more than 22 years’ experience in commercial property across Australia. Fraser’s skills in valuations and advisory is called upon by national clients in both the private and public sectors. He is on all the leading Bank panels. Fraser joined Urbis in 2016 as a Director in their Real Estate Advisory team.
 

Alistair Weir AAPI - Certified Practising Valuer
Director, Commercial, Herron Todd White

Presentation
The low end commercial markets across Brisbane present a wide variety of property types, investment profiles and geographic considerations. In this presentation, Alistair will provide a broad snapshot of the state of the sub $10m commercial markets across Brisbane, from Ipswich to Caboolture, with specific focus on what is hot, what is cooling, and how the various asset classes and regions are performing.

Biography
Alistair is the principal Commercial Director for the Brisbane CBD office of Herron Todd White. He has over 30 years experience in all forms of commercial valuations in Brisbane and across Queensland.  Prior to joining Herron Todd White, Alistair was a senior valuer for a major agency firm before joining ANZ as a property risk consultant for some 15 years. He has extensive experience in all forms of commercial real estate with a particular focus on retail, office and valuation advisory work.


Hudson Dale
Associate Director, Raine & Horne Commercial

Presentation
Hudson is an area specialist in the northern central corridor.  He will provide an insight in relation to retail, commercial and industrial property within this region.

Biography
An accredited property services professional, approaching 10 years’ experience in the industry, Hudson Dale currently holds the role of Associate Director for Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North.  Hudson has a foothold on the majority market share in Brisbane’s central western corridor as a result of his longstanding client relationships and his dedication to providing his clients with a high level of customer service.

Having achieved over $90 million in transactions, his knowledge of the precinct is unquestionable in both sales and leasing. Hudson’s breadth of industry experience extends to auctions, vacant possession sales, land development projects, encompassing design and construct for tenants and owner occupiers, and development projects, and a wide range of marketing.
