Site Tour of Infinity Towers Gungahlin (A180321)
Two underlying factors drove the concept for Infinity Towers. Firstly, Geocon’s overall vision of ‘Building Canberra’, their plan to focus on the development of town centres whilst respecting the beautiful established suburbs of Canberra. Secondly, inspiration came from their passion for creating truly unique living experiences that offer quality whilst remaining attainable. Historically, Canberrians have had a preference for living below the tree line. But Geocon set out to challenge this way of thinking, assembling an interdisciplinary team of architects, builders, town planners, social planners and landscape architects to help achieve this vision.
Infinity Towers is a newly completed iconic development within the Gungahlin Town Centre. It was designed by award winning architects peckvonhartel. The development accommodates 426 residence and seven commercial units over two towers extending 20 and 22 storeys respectively. A key feature of Infinity Towers is the level 5 skypark with infinity pool, gym and BBQ amenities.
GEOCON in conjuction with the Australian Property Institute and Property Council of Australia invite you to join us for an informal overview of the development from the architect and building certifier, Marcelo Solar and Andrew Naylor, followed by an inspection of varying accommodation types. We will finish the event with networking drinks and canapes on the level 5 skypark.
