Senior Relationship Manger, ANZ Corporate Property
Yash Ajgaonkar is currently the Senior Relationship Manager for Corporate Property at ANZ. Yash leads the ANZ South Australian specialist property team, managing a portfolio of SA based complex clients with property lending between ten and two hundred million for both investment and development purposes.
Yash has been with the ANZ in Adelaide for the last 9 years, and holds a MBA and a Masters of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, alongside being a long term member of CPA Australia.
Director, McGees Property
Nathan graduated from the University of South Australia in 2007 and joined McGees Property that year. Since then he has conducted a variety of commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, residential development and service station valuations in both metropolitan and regional areas. In 2010, Nathan was admitted as an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute, and in 2013 became a Director of McGees.
Nathan has undertaken work for an array of clients including financial institutions, private and public companies together with various government agencies, and individuals, for the purpose of financial reporting, due diligence, rental determination, mortgage security and taxation. He has also undertaken valuations for legal matters including compulsory acquisition and family settlement.
