The purpose of this seminar is to ensure that applicants for API Membership are familiar with the formal admission requirements, the application documentation which accompanies membership applications, as well as the interview requirement.

The registration seminar aims to deliver a face to face environment in which you can discuss the registration process and its requirements with Andrew Bell, API Member Services Manager - Queensland, and Peter Roberts, Member of the Queensland Membership Committee and State Committee. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of a recently registered valuer.

Peter Roberts
Director of Property Management & Professional Services

Peter is the Director of Property Management and Professional Services at King & Co, a specialized industrial real estate agency.  The King & Co portfolio contains a range of high quality industrial assets with a combined value in excess of $550 million.  Peter’s role is to provide a full range of services to clients, including advising on development, tenant negotiation, lease administration, asset management and financial reporting.  Prior to joining King & Co, Peter was the National Director Commercial Valuations at LMW, where he worked for 20 years.  Peter is a Registered Valuer in Queensland and a Member of the Queensland State Committee and Membership Committee for the API.  He is also a member of the Industrial Committee at the PCA.

Andrew Bell

Andrew Bell has worked for the API for 20 years in state and national roles.  His experience covers communications, membership, events, finance and Board management. Prior to the API restructure in 2015 he had been the Queensland Executive Officer for seven years following many years working in events and membership.  Following the API’s restructure he became the API’s National Manager of Communications as well as the Member Services Manager in Queensland.
