Attendance at this event would be of benefit to members and non-members looking for a better understating of the processes and perspectives of the courts and what is required of a valuer who is appointed as an expert witness in a legal dispute. The session will provide a useful refresher for valuers who have experience giving expert evidence, and will also benefit those who are new to the role of an expert witness.
