As the refresher course for Specialist Water Valuer has not been run since 2014, those who have completed the course in the past are required to complete Part 2: Specialist Water Valuation Face-to-Face Workshop as a refresher if they wish to continue to be listed as a Specialist Water Valuer.

Kai is an economist with experience in natural resource and public policy economics. Kai has a deep understanding of the context and effects of water management and markets. He brings economic, finance and policy expertise to challenging water problems.

Kai has spent a number of years developing insights into water markets and the economic effects of water policy reform.
Before joining Aither, he worked for the Australian Bureau of Agriculture and Resource Economics and Sciences as well as the Murray–Darling Basin Authority. In these roles he developed original research, models, and unique insights.

Prior to his work in water, Kai launched his career working in economics and policy consulting at ACIL Allen Consulting. This is followed by a period in Beijing where he worked on transnational acquisitions for a Chinese private equity firm.
